About Us

La Pizzeria was born in the hear of Italy’s Marche region, where good food is a way of life and hospitality runs deep.

Founded by Otello in the early 1990’s the company started with a simple but powerful idea: crafting pizza bases using freshly milled durum wheat semolina whet for local restaurants and countryside guests.

What began as a small, hand- on operation has grown – but never stayed from its roots.

Today with the second generation at the helm (Enrico Vallesi) and a modern 1800m2 facility equipped with two production lines, we’ve scaled up capabilities while preserving our artisan soul.

Every dough is still treated with time and care.
Every ingredient is sourced with intention.
And every partnership is built on trust and shared values.
