Frozen Pizza Bases

All our Pizza bases have been naturally leaviening for 24/48 hours, are completely hand stretched.
Part baked in a stone base and frozen.

White bases and tomato bases.

All individually hand-rolled.

Various weights and sizes available:

Ø 20/22 cm – 8″
Ø 28/30 cm – 10″
Ø 30/33 cm – 12″
Ø 38/40 cm – 16″
Ø alla pala 15×30 cm

Different Recipes:

– Durum wheat semolina flour.

– Type 0 white flour with sourdough starter.

– Type 00 white flour with sourdough starter.

– Multigrain flour.

– Whole wheat flour.
